Pre Discussion Meeting for the Admission of Students from Kelantan Islamic Foundation (YIK) school to UMK under the Bachelor of Information Technology program 

On August 13, 2020, Institute For Artificial Intelligence and Big Data (AIBIG) held a pre discussion meeting with regard to the admission intake of students from Kelantan Islamic Foundation (YIK) under program offered by Universiti Malaysia Kelantan (UMK).

The pre discussion meeting was held at 2:30 p.m., and located at Bilik Mesyuarat Exco, Kompleks Kota Darulnaim, Kelantan.

The meeting involved 4 reperesentatives from UMK, including AIBIG's director; YBhg. Professor Dr. Mohd Saberi Mohamad, and four representatives from YIK.

UMK offered YIK to collaborate under Memorandum Of Understanding (MoU) to develop the foundation in science program which will be soon offer to students, and in return, UMK accepeted YIK's proposal in maintaining the tahfiz-related subjects in the science program.

The meeting went smoothly, and finally the taskforce will be formed to implement the program.
