Research Collaboration Meeting with Qatar Environment & Energy Research Institute (QEERI) 

Institute For Artificial Intelligence and Big Data (AIBIG) under the auspices of Universiti Malaysia Kelantan (UMK) has conducted an online research collaboration meeting with Qatar Environment & Energy Research Institute (QEERI) through Google Meet platform. The meeting involved AIBIG's director and three of AIBIG's staff, together with the representator from QEERI whom is YBhg. Dr. Ing. Mohd Zamri bin Che Wanik; a Scientist on Power and Energy field.

At the end of this meeting, a few advantages were identified, this includes to enhance more collaboration opportunity between UMK and industry players especially in Power and Energy, Artificial Intelligence, Big Data and Internet of Things (IoT) fields.

In the meantime, this meeting also offered an opprtunity to both UMK and QEERI to acquire National Priorities Research Program (NPRP) grant.

The meeting started at 11:00 a.m. and finished smoothly.

Finally future research details will be discussed from time to time to ensure the research collaboration works wisely and fair enough to both UMK and QEERI.
