Ten UMK Researchers Received COVID-19 Special Research Grant Scheme 

Ten researchers from Universiti Malaysia Kelantan (UMK) have been granted research grants totalling RM126,000 under the UMK-COVID 19 Special Research Grant Scheme (UMK-C19SG) to carry out their respective research in regards to the ongoing worldwide pandemic of coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19).

UMK Research Management Division director, Dr. Abdul Hafidz Yusoff said the grant, was introduced to give the opportunity and exposure to both UMK academic and non-academic staff in strengthening their capability in research and development program (R&D).

Warmest congratulations to one of AIBIG's fellow; Associate Professor Dr. Nooraini Yusoff, who has successfully been granted the UMK-C19SG grant, with the research entitled COVID Face Prototype of Facial Recognition Tracking for COVID-19.
